As a homegrown family-operated business in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area, Never Left Alone Security Consulting was established in 2012 by Robert Bass, Sr., who has with over 20 years of experience as a Law Enforcement officer as well as in the personal protection and security industry. Over the last 13 years NLA Security Consulting has built a reputation of excellence and authenticity, having developed long-lasting relationships and a safe community with all our clients. This helps ensure they’re all are provided a stress-free and safe environment, whether for their job, a private party, or even personal security details. At NLA Security Consulting, we pride ourselves on being Dependable, Accountable, and Disciplined. We’ve even spent countless hours developing our in-house security strategy for our clientele, known as M.A.A.P., making sure each of our well-trained staff applies each tactic on the job and in their everyday life! CEO & OWNER: Robert Bass, Sr. – A University of Miami graduate from the class of ’95, with a focus in Criminal Justice, Robert Bass, Sr. initially took a more unconventional route than most starting their career, with his first full-time job playing for the Chicago Bears and Green Packers in the mid to late 90s. After leaving the NFL he worked for the Montgomery County Sheriffs Department for over 12+ years before starting NLA Security in 2012 with a primary focus on making his community safer for all.
